Why do most beginners quit? Back in 2007, we set out to build a teaching method so simple that anyone could stick with it – and actually get good. Our first test subject was the harmonica… and it worked so well that Harmonica.com became the top site to learn.
Which led us to a simple question: Could our foolproof teaching method work just as well for the bass?
To find out, we scoured the internet. We considered hundreds of bassists. We had some okay contenders, but we really liked this one tall dude.
So we emailed him and… it went directly to spam. (spawning a parallel dimension where BassBuzz never existed)
As a last-ditch effort, we hunted down his Paypal and sent him a dollar, and THAT email got us through the spam filter and in touch with the dude.

Meet Josh Fossgreen
The son of two musicians, Josh started teaching bass before he’d even graduated high school. After years of teaching the “normal way,” he got obsessed with making bass easy for people of all ages and abilities.

This is a very excellent complete bass guitar method. Any person who wants to learn electric bass guitar should consider this course. It is very reasonably (to me) priced for lifetime access to all course materials and a forum for students. The course is very fun and the music in the course spans many genera of music styles.
